The drive from Moab, Utah to Lake Powell in Arizona is one of the most gorgeous in the United States. At only 4 and a half hours, it's easy to complete in one day, but I suggest stopping halfway and staying a night in Monument Valley. Moab has the most to do as far as hiking, biking, and places to hang out in town. I suggest staying 3 nights in Moab, 1 night at Monument Valley, and 3 nights at Lake Powell. There are several different airports that you can fly into to start your ultimate Arizona Road trip. Phoenix, Grand Canyon, Tucson, and Las Vegas airports are all nearby options.
